What classes do you instruct at EHR?

I teach Step and Sweat and Kettlebell classes

How long have you been an instructor?

I have been teaching multiple classes for over 20 years.

What would you tell someone about your class that has never attended one?

Both of my classes offer a great cardio workout combined with elements of strength training. Most classes include a core/ab segment, and stretch. Classes can be modified to high impact or low impact, based on preference/ability. The common denominator for all my classes is fun. Sweat, laugh, and remember the effort IS the exercise!

What are some of your hobbies when you’re not instructing classes?

I like to bike. I like to take my Bernese Mountain Dog, Toby, on adventures. I enjoy going out to dinner and drinking wine! (that’s why I exercise!!!) I also love to travel, attend live theatre, and shop!

What is on your workout playlist?

I have an eclectic music selection! You may hear Bruno Mars, Maroon 5, One Republic, Drake, Queen, Ozzy Osbourne, Lizzo and Bon Jovi ALL in the same class!!! I am constantly trying to find new tracks, and my music changes often.
