Classes especially designed for Silver Sneakers® members are held each week, at no cost to these members. Designed for Medicare-eligible individuals, also enrolled in Security Blue, Freedom Blue, or Medigap Blue, these classes are for developing strength and conditioning while easy on your joints and appropriate for individuals who regularly exercise, as well as those who may not have exercised in years. Classes are available in Silver Sneakers® Muscular Strength and Range of Movement, Cardio Circuit, & YogaStretch and are held several times per week at various times so everyone can fit these classes into their “busy” schedules.

Cardio
Get your heart pumping with this fun workout, which is designed to increase cardiovascular and muscular power, add coordination drills, and improve balance.
Classic
Work at your own level and more to the music with exercises designed to help you stay healthy and independent. The class includes standing and sitting exercises, plus a short cardio segment.
Yoga
Increase your muscular endurance and balance through gentle and effective stretching at your own pace. This class will relax you, teach restorative breathing techniques, and promote stress reduction and metal clarity.
